Acrylic varnishes offer good protection against dirt and moisture for your electronics at extremely economic conditions. Acrylic varnishes can be applied by brush, by dipping or in fully automated systems. We have versions with non-toxic solvents for maximum protection of your employees and the environment.
These varnishes are cured extremely quickly by UV light. Directly after application via dispensing, spraying or jetting, the solvent-free varnish hardens immediately with the use of a high-intensity UV light source. Therefore, there is no shrinkage. Instead of a Hg UV light source, the varnish version can be used for curing by LED light.
Usually mixed from two components, they form a tough, not too hard potting. This reduces stress on components during curing and temperature changes.
Used when high working temperatures of the assemblies are expected. Silicone also remains permanently flexible and always highly insulating. It is waterproof but not diffusion-proof.
High layer thicknesses can be produced with it. Can also be used as potting material. One and two component silicones are used.
